CACTUS



N O P A L I T O S 
I N G R E D I E N T S
 
750gr cactus jar drain from jar juices and rinsed thoroughly under cold water and finely chopped.
1 Medium onion finely diced
2 Bunches of coriander finely chopped (food processor)
Fresh chopped green chillies (optional)
Extra virgin olive oil
Do not add salt until fully cooked, if necessary.
 
 
P R E P A R A T I O N
 
Saute the onion with olive oil.
When the onion is translucent add a bit more oil, the coriander and chillies.
Leave 5min, so the coriander loose its water.
Add the cactus.
Let cook for 10min.
Stir occasionally through the cooking process.
